Our portal solution encompasses the entire referral process from initial intake to the receipt of the final report and offers a more efficient and timely approach to status follow up and the exchange of files, reports and communications surrounding your IME.
From the moment you log on with your secure password, you have access to all the information you require. You can initiate the referral with our online booking system, review the status of your referral in real time and retrieve the final report from your secure portal mailbox.
Any messages or other content posted to your portal mailbox will trigger a notification to you by regular email. Simply click on the link within the notification and, once you have entered your credentials, directly access the content.
